Saudi Arabia plans to issue a new rule on foreign companies’ operation
Saudi Arabian government recently announced a new ultimatum would be in force from January 2024 which states that the KSA government would cease doing business with international companies that have not established a regional office in the Kingdom. By this, the government focusing to empower the investments in the Kingdom and that much from the multinational companies performing government projects contracts. The policy clearly says that it will affect only the companies who are performing government projects without moving their offices to Kingdom and so far, it will not affect the private sector companies doing business in KSA
